CV
So you have mostly worked freelance?

Half and half. Qonto, AgoraPulse and CO2 AI were salaried positions. The rest went through Quartic, my practice, as long-term partnerships: five years and eight months with anagram, almost two years with Comet, a year with Campus Coach. The contract changed, the commitment did not.

You have only worked with young companies.

Early on, yes, mostly companies looking for product-market fit. Then companies looking to scale. Up to Gorgias, three hundred people, where I worked with the design team to bring a new brand into their design system. And DINUM, the digital agency of the French state.

B2B or B2C?

Both, and sometimes B2B2C. B2B: Qonto, AgoraPulse, CO2 AI, Comet, Gorgias, Cycle. B2C: Campus Coach, a paid running coach subscription, and Luko, home insurance.

Desktop or mobile?

Desktop at the start of my career, then a lot of mobile, up to leading an iOS, Android and Apple Watch app. Campus Coach lives outside, in the rain, on a phone you glance at mid-run. CO2 AI is a dense desktop tool where a single screen holds a company's entire supply chain. The constraints have nothing in common, and that is the point.

Are you a craft designer, a UX designer, or something else?

A designer who thinks about the team's strategy and the company's stakes, who likes taking flows apart to improve them, and who ships screens with attention to detail.

You never stay long.

I have never failed a trial period, and I have never left an engagement unfinished. Several ended because the budget ended, Comet and Luko for instance. When I left on my own, it was because craft had stopped being a priority. I also had my younger years, and the urge to meet and understand many subjects. For a few years now I have been after the opposite: settling into a single one for a very long time.

Why would you stay?

For a place where shipping high-quality screens is a passion and where people look for depth in what they do, where every feature answers a real user need as much as a business intent, and where the team challenges you.
